Court to hear Shin case State telco concessions could end up cancelled
MONGKOL BANGPRAPA KOMSAN TORTERMVASANA
The Supreme Administrative Court yesterday instructed the Central Administrative Court to accept a law lecturer's petition requesting the court to order three government agencies to cancel their telecommunication concessions granted to Shin Corp's affiliates.
The lawsuit was filed by Sattra To-on, of Rangsit University, who asked the Supreme Administrative Court to order the Central Administrative Court, which earlier rejected his petition against three government agencies, to accept it. In the complaint he lodged with the Central Administrative Court, Mr Sattra accused the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Ministry, the Transport Ministry and the Prime Minister's Office of dereliction of duty.
